Acclaimed synthwave duo PRXZM release song ‘Slow Motion’
Rising electro-pop PRXZM have been featured in renowned publications like Billboard, Your EDM, Dancing Astronaut, Earmilk and Magnetic Magazine. They also currently sit on a stream rate of 30 million plays across major platforms. Their newly released single, ‘Slow Motion’ features gentle synths that carry retro sounds of the 80’s along with the warmth in singer Emma Maidenberg’s vocals. PRXZM has shared a stage with electronic artists like the critically acclaimed Marshmello, Illenium, Hermitude and Jai Wolf, and has also made a great impression with airplay on SiriusXM which is hosted by electronic music heavyweights The Chainsmokers and Martin Garrix.
PRXZM speak about the song’s concept, “There is no question that this summer is one for the outdoors. “Slow Motion” is an ode to the Northern California beaches where it was written. The production is heavily influenced by the warm tones of cassette tapes and the iconic, synthesized drums from the 80s.”
