James Blake debuts new track “Modern Soul”

James Blake has been slowly rolling out information about his upcoming album, Radio Silence, and it looks like we may have finally gotten a track off the record.

Debuted during his BBC Radio 1 Residency, “Modern Soul” is signature Blake with cascading vocals that melt into the minimal production, morphing into a piece that manages to pluck the listener’s emotional heartstrings. Blake’s last LP, Overgrown, was released in 2013.
