London DJ Mina launches Funding With Mina platform

London-based DJ, producer, and Earth Kicks label head Mina has launched a new advice service that offers advice to artists on how to apply for grants and funding, as well as writing proposals for grants. Funding With Mina is an Instagram based forum and resource sharing network, through which the artist will “share the latest funding opportunities, tips and resources.”

Speaking to Resident Advisor, Mina elaborated on the platform. “I’m excited to finally launch Funding With Mina to provide support with writing grant applications tailored to creatives… I want to provide an affordable service to make accessing funding and navigating grant applications easier.”

Via Funding With Mina, Mina will share free advice, tips, and open funding opportunities while personal consultations and bespoke grant writing will be available at an affordable cost. So far, Mina says she has helped raise over £100,000 for artists both in the UK and globally, having written successful applications for the likes of Arts Council and the British Council.
