Premiere: NAVVI’s ‘What Reason Do We Need?’ gets the remix treatment from DJAO

Seattle based NAAVI recently released OMNI, and the resulting work was critically acclaimed in the underground music world. We’re seeing some remixes manifest slowly throughout, and today, we’re excited to present DJAO’s creative take on ‘What Reason Do We Need?,’ one of their standout originals in the album.

Enhancing the ethereal nature of the original, the remix version hones in on the haunting nature that NAAVI gives off, and the result manages to blend the styles of everyone involved with effortless ease. ‘What Reason Do We Need?’ is stunning as an original, but the remix brings a whole new element to the already brilliant piece.
