TP Mix #130 – Red D

This year marks 30 years since Belgium music producer Red D entered the DJ scene, and he stands tall years later with a successful imprint under his name – We Play House Recordings. Today, we are delighted to present an exclusive mix from the music producer and businessman.

Red D is inspired by the influential soundscapes of Detroit, New York, and Chicago producers like his friend and musical peer Kerri Chandler. Approaching its 15 year anniversary, We Play House Recordings has worked with the likes of producers such as San Soda, Kai Alcé, Reggie Dokes, Kiani & His Legion, and Russ Gabriel to name a few. Below you will find a mix that is comprised of retro house textures and also some progressive techno notes. An enjoyable mix bag of sounds and influences, Red D showcases his diverse musical palette and affinity for recreating magical soundscapes of yesteryear.
